Meine Leidenschaft ist es, Organisationen darin zu unterstützen, in einer sich stetig verändernden digitalen Landschaft ihre Business Performance zu verbessern. In den letzten 15 Jahren habe ich mit über 50 Organisationen erfolgreich eine Business Transformation umgesetzt.

Als Founder und Senior Advisor von GainValue unterstützte ich Unternehmen darin, in einem von AI geprägten neuen digitalen Zeitalter ihre Organisation so auf- und umzubauen, dass dadurch ein nachhaltiger Unternehmenswert geschaffen wird. Zudem engagiere ich mich als Dozent und Praxisforscher an der BFH in den Schwerpunkten New Work, Organisationsentwicklung und Leadership.

In meiner vorherigen Rolle war ich als Group COO, stellvertretender CEO und Mitglied des Executive Board bei CONSTELLATION Academy tätig, wo ich u.a. unsere 12 Gruppenfirmen (+700 Mitarbeitende, EUR 80 Mio. Umsatz) beim Erreichen der Wachstums- und Profitabilitätsziele unterstützte, die zentralisierten Corporate Services (HR, Marketing, Finanzen, IT etc.) aufbaute und leitete, sowie ad Interim die Leitung des zentralen HR sowie Marketing übernahm.

Zuvor war ich Senior Manager und Leiter Business Agility bei Accenture, der weltweit grössten Beratungsfirma. In dieser Rolle leitete ich ein Beratungsteam von ca. 40 Transformationsexpert:innen und unterstützte als Senior Berater Organisationen darin, ihre Business Agilität zu erhöhen und die Wertschöpfungssysteme zu optimieren. Davor fungierte ich als Head of Lean Portfolio & Transformation sowie stellvertretender COO bei der Migros Group IT und leitete dort u.a. die mehrjährige Transformation der gesamten IT-Organisation. Frühere Positionen umfassten Rollen als Transformationsexperte bei der internationalen Beratungsfirma PwC sowie der Schweizerischen Post.

In meiner Arbeit verbinde ich umfassende Praxiserfahrung mit einer breit gefächerten akademischen Grundlage. Nach dem Master in Management, Organisation und Kultur sowie der Promotion in Business Transformation an der Universität St.Gallen (HSG) absolvierte ich weitere Weiterbildungen, darunter einen Executive Master in Applied Technology an der ETH Zürich, eine Zertifizierung als Business Trainer & Coach (HSG) sowie eine Executive Weiterbildung (CAS) in Digital Business Innovation (HSG).

My passion is to support organizations in improving their business performance in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Over the past 15 years, I have successfully implemented business transformations with over 50 organizations.

As founder and senior advisor at GainValue I enable enterprises in organizational excellence to create sustainable business value in the new digital era shaped by AI. In addition, I am active as a lecturer and practice researcher at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), focusing on New Work, organizational development, and leadership.

In my past role, I served as Group COO, Deputy CEO, and Executive Board Member at CONSTELLATION Academy, where I supported our 12 group companies (+700 employees, EUR 80 million in revenue) in achieving their growth and profitability goals, built and led centralized corporate services (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.), and also took on the leadership of central HR and Marketing on an interim basis.

Prior to that, I was a Senior Manager and Head of Business Agility at Accenture, the world’s largest consulting firm. In this role, I led a consulting team of about 40 transformation experts and, as a Senior Advisor, supported organizations in increasing their business agility and optimizing value streams. Earlier, I served as Head of Lean Portfolio & Transformation and Deputy COO at Migros Group IT, where I led the multi-year transformation of the entire IT organization. My earlier roles included working as a transformation expert at the international consulting firm PwC and at Swiss Post.

In my work, I combine extensive practical experience with a broad academic foundation. After completing a Master’s in Management, Organization, and Culture, as well as a Ph.D. in Business Transformation at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), I pursued further education, including an Executive Master in Applied Technology at ETH Zurich, a certification as a Business Trainer & Coach (HSG), and an Executive Education (CAS) in Digital Business Innovation (HSG).
