Three effective approaches to promoting mindsets & values in organizations

More and more organisations are placing values at the centre of their activities. But values are not simply lived automatically because they are captured by a workgroup on beautiful PowerPoint slides and approved by management. Values have to be transferred into daily work.

After I developed my model for digital fitness some time ago, I have increasingly asked myself how I bring the principles postulated there into organisations and teams.

In my daily work I have come across the following three effective approaches to promoting mindsets & values in organizations:
