In the past weeks I was able to create a toolbox for change projects together with several change experts. Our goal was to be able to facilitate every change in an idosyncratic way without having to reinvent the wheel.
In several loops, we have created a framework that gives us an orientation in change projects. This orientation framework can also serve as a content structure for the methods that are suitable for implementation.
